**YEALM GIG CLUB AGM**
**Tuesday 22nd September 2020**

Given the government's change to restrict gatherings we need to switch to a virtual meeting. We should still be able to vote in new members. A meeting invite will go out to all registered members on the site (so make sure your email is correct).
This year has seen a huge growth in membership and we wanted to say a huge thank you to all our supporters and funders as we have just had the arrival of our new GRP gig HORNET. We have now had the approval from British Rowing and CPGA that is all necessary Risk Assessments are in place we can return to ROWING.
We would welcome self-nominations for committee members including;
Chairman / Secretary / Treasurer / Health and Safety Officer / Welfare Officer / Gents Captain / Ladies Captain /Boat Captain Vet / Membership & Fundraising Secretary
This can be done by emailing Nikki McClements at secretary.yealmgigclub@gmail.com by Friday 11th September, then a vote will take place during the AGM.
